Following the recent publication of our Q4 2018 Property and Homemover Report, Which? have featured some of our analysis around London trends and where in the capital are the most affordable areas to buy.
With all London regions seeing a fall in average property asking prices over the last year, our most recent data as of Q4 2018 highlights West Central London as the postcode specifically sustaining the largest asking price decrease of 15%.
Whilst topical and seasonal factors such as Brexit and time of year no doubt impact property prices, the rise of more affordable flats in East Central London as well as to the North West are also bringing about change to the residential make-up of the capital, shifting the balance across the city.
