Posted by Rhiana Duckett December 14, 2020

Continuing our series of New Starter posts, we catch up with more recent members of our growing team at TwentyCi.

Paul Hickey joined us earlier this year as Director of Digital Solutions (pictured in pink checkered shirt, along with TwentyCi's Paul Neenan and Matt Hawkins at our latest social!). Ben Clifford also joins us as a Database Developer.

Paul Hickey - Director of Digital Solutions

What’s your new position and role within TwentyCi?

As Director of Digital Solutions, I drive TwentyCi’s digital capabilities forward, enabling advertisers to work with our exclusive data within the digital programmatic space.

Tell us a bit about your previous roles?

I'm a digital marketing specialist with 15 years multi-platform experience. I gained extensive big and small data experience while working at Microsoft, Aquantive, Rubicon Project and 247 Real Media, so I have a solid understanding of the digital ecosystem.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

I'm a big Rugby fan and can be found at Allianz Park cheering on Saracens, or supporting my local rugby club. I previously played professionally for a number of teams but have hung up my boots and now am coaching (herding) the under 6’s!

Ben Clifford - Database Developer

What’s your new position and role within TwentyCi?

I'm a database developer working with the View My Chain team. I'll be helping to get the product ready for launch and supporting it once it's live.

Tell us a bit about your previous roles?

I previously worked in the financial services industry and education sectors for both Capita and the DfE.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, programming and keeping my Chinese (Mandarin) language skills up to date.
