This year for the first time, TwentyCi data is behind the much respected and definitive UK homebuyers' supplement that is The Sunday Times 'Best Places to Live 2019'.
Working in collaboration with Habito, the free online mortgage broker and lead sponsors of this work, we compiled the data from more than 4,500 different sources to create a view into home ownership across the Best Places to Live shortlist.
The locations that have made the cut are those that lead the way for a whole variety of factors, each believed to influence the important decision of 'the best place to live'. These considerations include (but are not limited to) everything from the local job market, transport links and school exam results to beautiful scenery, culture and community spirit. And of course, property prices. Also taken into account were views from an expert panel at The Sunday Times; blending additional consumer insights with our data intelligence.
Colin Bradshaw, our Chief Customer Officer, comments: "We are extremely pleased to be part of the team behind the production of The Sunday Times Best Places to Live 2019, producing the underlying data behind this prestigious list. Our homemover data is the largest and most comprehensive dataset of its kind in the country, providing invaluable whole of market property intelligence as well as compelling insight into the consumer behaviours around a home move."
