The DMA Awards, known and recognised industry wide for rewarding leading campaigns that deliver great strategy, creativity and results, are once again upon us. For a third consecutive year, our Planning Director Danny Crowe, will return to form part of the prestigious judging line-up.

Danny will judge the ‘Best Loyalty or CRM Programme’ category, one of 33 awards up for grabs, representing a whole host of industry sectors, marketing channels, campaign programmes, and unique skill-sets.

The Best Loyalty or CRM Programme Award specifically recognises work that engages or retains prospective and previous customers to increase customer value and drive loyalty. Entries can include points, rewards and engagement programmes of an ongoing single or multi-channel activity, but must not be limited to a one-off campaign.

With a background in CRM & Insight and a focus on the customer and their journey through a brand, Danny is ideally placed in his role as Judge of this category. This category also underpins the value of the work that we do at TwentyCi in supporting our clients with the creation and execution of contextually data-led CRM programmes. Of his DMA Award judging responsibility, Danny says: “I’m very excited about this category. I like to support the Awards as you get to see the very best work in the industry and reward great ideas. This is one of the most challenging categories, as the entrants are up against the best from the whole marketing industry, and it is one of the pinnacle Awards to win”.

DMA Award entry is open until 22 September, with judging taking place on 11 October.
